Operates in the recycling of wastes deriving from industry and agriculture.
This recycling process allows RPX Ambiente to produce recycled LPDE granule – a material reserved to the plastic industry and used to produce plastic products, such as plastic waste bags – and the compound – a mix of recycled LPDE granule with high- and low-density polyethylene and other components and additives used for the partial coverage of electric cables.

RPX Ambiente is 100%-controlled by Yorkville bhn.

In June 2007, the Board of Directors of Yorkville bhn approved the restructuring plan of RPX Group for the three years 2007 to 2009, which provided for investments supporting the productivity increase.

In 2008 the company substantially improved its operating profit, thanks to the restructuring transactions provided for by the industrial plan, together with specific interventions aimed at decreasing maitaining and disposal costs.
