Michael Rosselli

Michael Rosselli, born in New Jersey on June 10, 1969, is Member and Managing Director at Yorkville Advisors and joined the Fund in May, 2004. His responsibilities include originating, structuring and executing financing transactions. He has led financing transactions in a variety of industries including real estate, government services and technology. In addition, Michael monitors a portion of the Fund’s overall portfolio, provides portfolio companies with strategic advisory services, and oversees the Fund’s efforts on financing transactions on the Italian market. He also co-chairs the Fund’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Yorkville, Michael worked with Deloitte & Touche, including more than 8 years as a dedicated M&A specialist. He advised financial and corporate acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, recapitalization transactions and other structured investments ranging in value from $5 million to $5 billion. Michael has extensive experience in a wide range of industries and is specialized in financial and accounting due diligence and transaction structuring and execution. Michael earned a CPA license and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
