Jerry Eicke

Jerry Eicke, born in New Jersey on June 17, 1967, manages today the Fund’s transaction pipeline and Yorkville’s team of corporate finance professionals. Having founded, built, and sold his own company, Jerry lends his experience as a corporate executive to understand and interpret the diverse needs of the companies funded by the Fund. His entrepreneurial background has been a driving force in Yorkville’s overall growth and business development.
Jerry has also been a critical part of the Fund’s expansion into new international markets by implementing an efficient and cost-effective model that leverages existing relationships with local finance and legal practioners. He is also one of the four members of Yorkville’s Risk and Valuation Committee. Jerry earned his BS from Seton Hall University.
