Gianfranco Meroni

Gianfranco Meroni, born in Milan on May 10, 1937, founded the Law Firm “Meroni, Carissimi, Luoni, Meroni, Spolti, Mariottini, Coli e Ortali” in 1980.
He is registered to the Professional Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 1966, to the Register of the Official Technical Consultants of the Court of Milan since 1967, to the General Auditor Register since 1984, to the Accounting Auditor Register since 1995 as well as to the Register of Credit brokers since 2001.
He nowadays holds many offices in different companies, all operating in various industries, among which Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Meliorfactor SpA, R.C.S. Factor SpA, Riesfactoring SpA, Banca della Nuova Terra SpA and Capitalease SpA, Statutory Auditor of Burgo Factor SpA, Zinchitalia SpA and Elsag Datamat SpA, Managing Director of Dame Company Invest SpA and Chairman of the Board of Auditors of Accountants and Auditors’ Association SpA.
