Cristina Fragni

Cristina Fragni, born in Parma on January 12, 1969, is nowadays in charge of implementing the transactions underwritten and closed by YA Global Investments in Italy.
She was Head of Family Office of I.dhea of Milan, with responsibilities on management of portfolios focused on shares and bonds investments listed on the main markets of the European Community, above all on the Italian and US markets.
Before that, she was board member of Ds Data Systems SpA, a company owned by NCH Group, developing and producing ERP solutions for service industry, bank and financial telecommunication industry, fashion and luxury goods. She was previously Head of the Financial Area of Granito Forte, a company operating in the ceramic industry.
She still is a financial analyst, member of AIAF (Italian association of financial analysts) and graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at the Bocconi University in Milan.
